Welcome to the Ingleside, Armstrong Grade 8 House

I am married to Riette and we have three sons. I joined St Andrew’s College in 2015 from Marlow Agricultural School, as a Senior Physical Science teacher. I am from the Eastern Cape, having completed my BSc (Hons) degree and PGCE at Stellenbosch University, before travelling to the United Kingdom, teaching for eight years at The King’s School, Canterbury. I taught Biology, Chemistry and Physics and was an Assistant Housemaster.

I was appointed Deputy Housemaster of Armstrong at the beginning of 2020 to take care of the Armstrong Grade 8s.

The renovations to Ingleside were completed at the end of Trinity Term 2020 and the Grade 8 boys were able to move in and make use of the very impressive boarding house in Michaelmas Term. It really is an impressive House now and certainly the flagship of Waiting Houses.
