Food Technology

The Grade 8C Design and Technology project for the term was Food Technology. The boys worked in groups of three. They pulled a mystery list of ingredients from a ‘hat’, with which they had to design and make an hors d’oeuvres (a small savoury dish, typically served as an appetizer) and a mocktail (virgin cocktails)
suitable to serve as entrée at a dinner.

The boys had quite a bit of fun preparing and presenting their dishes, but even more, eating them.
