INTER-HOUSE ART 2021 – SAC
Inter-House Art was circulated as a digital exhibition this year which made it easier for a wider audience to view our boys artworks.
The aim of Inter-House Art each year is to give all pupils the chance to represent their house through the Visual Arts. All houses submit their entries and then out of those submitted the best are selected to represent each House.
Special mentioned Artists for 2021:
This year Graham House proudly submitted the most artworks. Ethan Spring in Grade 9 submitted the most artworks and James Barrow in Grade 9 produced two beautiful paintings for Graham House. The House with the second most submitted artworks was Mullins House. Lisolomzi Mgwedli in Grade 9 submitted an impressive array of high-quality character drawings and sketches, while Cameron Clowes in Grade 11 and Calum Stokes in Grade 12 also produced two beautiful paintings for Mullins House. James Cowen in Grade 11 submitted the most artworks for Upper and his Art was of a very impressive standard. Likhona Mabanga in Grade 9 proudly presented the most art for Armstrong House and Raoul Eia’s drawing also deserves a special mention. Alex Calder in Grade 9 did two lovely little paintings for Merriman House. Finlay Griffin and Noah Oatway in Grade 9 entered two lovely drawing and Nicholas Venter in Grade 12 a beautiful painting for Espin House.

1st Place: The wining house is based on quality of work as well as maximum participation. Therefore the winning house for Inter-House Art 2021 is Graham House!
