Assembly Webinar – 13 May at 17h00 – SportMay 13, 2020
A very productive first weekend for the Rowing Challenge participants saw 535 kilometres covered. This took us from the St Andrew’s campus to our first stop in Port Alfred; where St Andrew’s College rowing is currently based. The Kowie River is the venue for our training camps and the annual School’s Boat Race event held each December. From there we turned north, up the coast to East London where the College rowers enjoyed two very successful weekends earlier this year at the Eastern Cape Championships and the 133rd edition of the Buffalo Regatta.
We have now left our home province for Lesotho and will make our way further north over the coming days.
