The Cooking Club met on Thursday 14 February to put together Jamie Oliver’s famous chicken pie. There were six young chefs who learnt how to grate a carrot, dice celery and chop chicken. They put this together with pork sausage meatballs and covered this with egg washed puff pastry before leaving it in the oven for 45 minutes. They produced a superb meal and by 19:15 there wasn’t a mouthful left. A good evening was had by all.
