St Andrew’s College is delighted to welcome 104 new pupils to the school in 2019. Newboys Day is always a special occasion at College and it is great to meet all the new parents as well. The new pupils were address by the Head of School, Guy Rushmere and by the Headmaster, Mr Alan Thompson.

It’s been a tradition at St Andrew’s College to give a gift to the family who has traveled the furthest to be at Newboys Day. The Landsman family are from Melbourne, Australia. St Andrew’s College is excited to welcome Zac into Grade 9, he was previously at Brighton Grammar School, and his parents Tyrone and Simone to the Andrean community. Other families join us from afar from Hong Kong, Burma, Sierra Leone and from African countries: Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

We wish our newest Andreans and their families five excellent years of fulfillment and success at St Andrew’s College.

“I have seen the future, and it is very bright indeed!”

Alan Thompson, Headmaster
