St Andrew’s College celebrated the re-opening of the Norton Block on 23 November 2018. This sees the completion of Phase 3 of the #AcademicExcellence Project, the reconstruction of the twelve classrooms into state-of-the-art academic teaching spaces. Our grateful thanks goes to our many donors and to everyone who worked tirelessly to make this project a success. Special thanks to Mr Aidan Smith, Second Master, in recognition of his contribution made to the re-design of these buildings. The newly completed Norton Block is a beautiful teaching space and the Norton Common Room will be a space enjoyed by sport spectators, parents, staff and pupils for many years to come.
“Our traditions and strong ethos give us deep roots. Our innovative teaching environment, premised on world-class excellence, will give our boys wings to go out into the competitive global environment and flourish – because ‘good enough’ is simply not good enough.” – Alan Thompson, Headmaster.
