Extreme Reading at College

It has been an exciting times at College with the Reading & Watching club running an exciting contest which the boys loved. #extremereadingatsacschooltone2018 was the hashtag used to mark the first contest of the year.

#Extreme reading contest Term 1, 2018 is now complete and the results of the competition are as follows:

  • iPad winner is Alex Gess – Alex is currently reading “The Silence of the lambs” by Thomas Harris in a butchery.
  • 1stRunner up – Thomas Spiro – R500 Bargain Books voucher
  • 2ndRunner up – Khenkethile Marr – R350 Bargain Books voucher
  • 3rdRunner up – John Marshall – R100 SAC food Voucher at Lad’s corner

Thank you to everyone who entered the competition. The judges, Mr Thompson and Mr Smith were faced with a difficult task of choosing the best photo from very good entries.

We received 17 entries and we would like to thank the boys who took the time and effort to make the competition a success.
