Thirteen boys and girls from College and DSG took part in the immobilisation, tagging and inoculation of two White Rhino heifers this past Friday. These boys and girls are volunteers in the Coaching For Conservation (C4C) programme.
This extraordinary experience was life-changing for those who took part as they were able not only to observe the procedures, but were also able to take part in it. Thank you to the C4C and Investec Rhino Lifeline for making this once in a lifetime experience open to these volunteers. A big thank you must also go to the Chipembere Rhino Foundation who sponsored the collars.
