Jake White, former Springbok rugby coach who led the National team to World Cup victory in 2007, visited St Andrews recently. Standing with the College Headmaster, Paul Edey, and new Director of Rugby, Allan Miles, White posed for a photo outside themain entrance after chatting with Preppies and watching College boys practise manoeuvres earlier that day.
Allan Miles was employed by Jake White’s Winning Ways Company as a consultant to the Lions for last year’s Currie Cup campaign as the Lions rugby co-ordinator specialising in coaching the breakdown.
