Mr Paul Edey has taught both in the Public and Independent School sectors having been Vice Principal at King Edward VII School and Head of History at St John's College.  In 1995 he was appointed as Headmaster at St David's Marist Inanda, where he served for close on 12 years.   In 2006 he took up the position as Director of Executive Education at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).  
He is an Old Andrean and is married to Susan, formerly Head of Alumni Affairs at Wits, and they have two grown up sons, James and Richard
