Day Boys

St Andrew’s College attracts day boys from Grahamstown and the surrounding area. The school values day boys and their parents immensely as they represent the community and the link to the town. The school coexists with Grahamstown and is very aware and thankful for the mutual relationship.

Day boys enjoy the full Andrean experience and the advantages of a boarding school environment. They may have meals in the dining halls and each pupil is allocated a study cubicle and can join borders for Prep in the evenings.

They are integrated in to the Boarding House system and are allocated to a House for the duration of their time at the school - this system heightens their sense of belonging.
