Bravery in the face of adversity

 

Why the badge?
Why not lead if you have leadership skills?
People take you more seriously.
Leadership is life long and not just at school.
How do we earn the badge?
We look for the moral values in prefects.
Support of peers- is it because of popularity.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE
It is difficult to lead at present.
The motivation to wanting the badge should be genuine and not just about getting the rewards.
What do leaders do?

Definitions:
Lead:
