The San is situated in Bedford Street, and is run by fully qualified nurses, Sister Diane Theuma and Sister Heidi Scheepers.
The San service is 24hrs/day , 7 days a week, during term time. A doctors clinic is held at the San each morning, Monday to Saturday, by the High Street Doctors practice. One of the Doctors is on call at all times.
The San offers physical and emotional support to all the boys. Wounds are treated, medication ordered, appointments made and transport ordered. Boys who are not feeling 
well rest in the San, and not in their rooms.
Conditions are treated confidentially and referrals are made when necessary. We endeavour to offer a friendly and trusting service to both parents and their boys, and will keep parents informed of their son's wellbeing .
