VOTING SYSTEM
All voting will be on line
1. COLLEGE PREFECT VOTE
This will consist of a ballot list of all Grade 11s. All boys and staff will vote for:
• Headboy of College and
• Top six leaders
2. PREFECT VOTE
2.1 School Portfolio Prefect
• Applications will be called for Prefects for different portfolios. Pupils may apply for more than one portfolio.
• A portfolio nomination form must be filled out and handed to the Headmaster’s secretary. The form will require a short motivation for the position as well as two signatures from either a staff member or pupil.
• A Portfolio Prefect ballot list will be drawn up of all boys who have applied.
• All pupils will be required to vote one person for each position.
• Selected candidates will go through to an interviewing process with the staff member in charge, the Deputy Headmaster and the Headmaster.
• It is possible to be a Prefect with both a school and a house portfolio.
The school portfolios listed alphabetically will be:

2.2 House Portfolio Prefect
Grade 11s will be listed on a ballot according to their Houses. All boys and staff will vote for their particular House list for:
• A Head of House and
• four prefects
3. IN SUMMARY
• The College Prefect body, previously known as School Prefects, will therefore now consist of
- Headboy,
- Deputy Headboy
- Six Heads of Houses
- Any other prefect whose stature merits consideration
• The Prefect body will consist of:
- School Portfolio Prefects covering the different school portfolios listed above.
- House Portfolio Prefects covering the vertical tutor groups and various House duties
